Real InterContinental at Multiplaza Mall, an IHG Hotel

The location Escazu is a very nice place to live in. The room was big spacious clean I love the pool sitting poolside was so fun. I love the live music at the lobby it was so romantic being with my partner there I'll always cherish it. The beds are very comfortable.

- I loved the pools each one with different temperature - The staff in the restaurants, pool service, cleaning staff and bar are just amazing - The food at restaurants was excellent.

Intercontinental was fantastic. Location was just across the street from the beautiful mall at Escazu and my favorite local supermarket. The hotel restaurants were exceptional. We tried the lobster factory, the local market restaurant and the Italian restaurant. All three exceeded our expectations. Staff was very friendly. We took advantage of the breakfast every morning and the happy hour in the evening. Both were served close to our room, which made for a very comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Intercontinental the last 2 days we were in Costa Rica. It is located next to the mall for convenient shopping but was much further from the airport than anticipated. We stayed at the Club Tower Room and enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks.

Breakfast was incredible! They had a bountiful selection of fresh fruits, typical foods from Costa Rica as well as egg, potato meats and cheeses.the staff was ALWAYS ready to help. Almost everyone on the staff could use and understand English as well as Spanish. I had a delightful time
